Comfy & Co. Furniture operates under applicable state law. These Terms apply to all purchases, deliveries, and services provided by us. We may update these Terms at any time, and the most recent version will always be posted on our website. 2. Orders and Payments
All prices are expressed in USD and are subject to applicable sales taxes. Full payment is required before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of inventory errors, payment issues, or suspicion of fraud. 3. Delivery and Ownership
Delivery is offered through our Local, Extended, and Beyond Radius policies (refer to the Shipping Policy). You may choose the White Glove Service (in-home setup, assembly, and packaging removal) or Curbside Delivery (delivery to the front door, no assembly). A signature is required for delivery. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once delivery is complete. 4. Returns and Refunds
You may return or exchange eligible items within 3 days after delivery (refer to the Returns Policy). Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom orders, clearance/final sale items, mattresses, and bedding are not returnable (unless defective). Return shipping costs, pickup costs, and restocking fees (up to 25%) may apply. 5. Warranties
We honor manufacturer warranties where applicable. Normal variations in wood, fabric, or finishes are not considered defects. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized assembly, or repairs is not covered. 6. Damages and Claims
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at no cost to you if reported within this timeframe. 7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment without penalty. If canceled or refused after shipment, the return/refund process (including fees) applies. 8. Liability
Comfy & Co. Furniture’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable state law, and disputes may be resolved under the specified terms (which may include arbitration where permitted).
